- The main Worship Area ("Nave" or "church") has 350 chairs (50 more in the chancel,
not normally moved), and the two galleries (limited visibility) each have 40 "pews".
A small grand piano and the organ are in the main worship area, and can be used
by arrangement. There is direct access to one set of toilets (plus
baby change facility, though not disabled toilet) from this area.
- The Wesley Room also has a hatch from the kitchen and can seat
about 100 in rows or 70 - 80 at tables. It has a baby grand piano.
There is direct access to the other set of toilets (including
disabled) from this room.
- The Shaftesbury Room is next to the kitchen, with a connecting hatch,
as well as a sink and water supply. It can seat about 20 people sitting in a circle.
- The Cranmer Room is next to Shaftesbury, and also has a sink and water supply.
Additionally, it has a large TV and speaker fed from the church visual and sound
systems (our crèche uses Cranmer on Sunday mornings; parents can follow the service).
It can seat about 20 people sitting in a circle.
- The Hooper Room is off the main Worship Area, and can seat about 20
people sitting in a circle.
- The Wycliffe Room is off the Wesley Room, and can also seat about
20 people sitting in a circle. These last two rooms are divided by a screen
and so can be connected or used as one.
- The main sound desk operates in the worship area as does the computer-linked
visual display system. The sound and visual systems can only be used if a member of our
team is able to be present (which will involve a fee).
- The Kitchen can be used by the hirer, or our team will provide staff
and expendables. We have crockery and cutlery for at least 100; disposable plastic
or polystyrene cups would need to be used over that number.
- Two external entrances are both served by ramps, suitable for
wheelchair access.
- There are toilets in two places in the building, with a
disabled toilet off the main entrance porch.
